the said property on Planetpillars.com. The customer shall disclose all material
information in respect of all such properties submitted including the present status
and nature of such property and disclose whether the property is free from all encumbrances
or not. Any deviation in this regard planetpillars.com in its sole discretion, terminate
the accounts of and refuse service to any customer who repeatedly or internationally
violates this agreement. In addition to that information provided by the customer
on behalf or properties will be accurate.
The customer will not be permitted the posting of a property on Planetpillars.com
under a name other than the name of a real estate agent who has been duly authorized
and engaged by the owner of the property in this regard.
Planet pillars .com will be having all rights to remove all or any part of the properties
posted on customer web site or on planetpillars.com and at the same time planetpillars.com
accepts no responsibility for checking/rectifying the accuracy of reports or data
files submitted by the customer. However planetpillaras.com will take all reasonable
efforts for data backup and business resumption for retaining back up copies of
all information photographs and other materials.
Customers who are buying or renting property through planetpillars.com must verify
the property/properties as well as its right title ownership on their own before
entering into the deal.
Planetpillars.com may verify the registration data provided by customer through
its own sources and/or by documentary proof for any such information submitted by
you during registration or thereafter provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate,
not current or incomplete,Planetpillars.com has right to terminate your account
and refuse any and all current or future use of planetpillars.com site and its services
Planetpillars.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of content posted
on the site. In exercising planetpillars.com may ask you to provide any documentary
or other than form of evidences supporting the content you the site. if you fail
to produce such evidence within prescribed time,planetpillars.com may, in its sole
discretion, your member ship without any refund and pull out your content from the
